Basalt Fiber Mesh

Basalt Fiber mesh is a product made from basalt fiber woven fabric as the base material, which is processed after being impregnated and coated with high-molecular anti-emulsion. It possesses excellent alkali resistance, flexibility, and high tensile strength in both warp and weft directions.

Two product types are available.

Interior Wall Insulation Mesh  is coated with modified acrylic ester copolymer latex. It features lightweight, high strength, temperature resistance, fireproof, corrosion resistance, crack resistance, and dimensional stability.

Exterior Wall Insulation Mesh is a new type of fireproof product made from basalt mesh fabric as the base material, coated with acrylic copolymer latex and dried. It features structural stability, high strength, excellent fire resistance, corrosion resistance, and crack resistance.

Application: 

1. Wall reinforcement materials‌ (e.g., basalt wall mesh fabric, GRC wall panels, EPS interior/exterior insulation boards, gypsum boards);

2. Reinforced cement products‌ (e.g., Roman columns, flues);

3. Specialized mesh sheets‌ for granite, mosaic, and marble back-bonding;

4. Fire-resistant fabric‌;

5. Reinforcement skeletons‌ for plastics and rubber products;

6. Fireproof boards‌ (capable of continuous operation at 700℃);

7. Building caulking tapes‌.
